Latest News Update About Governor Punjab Assassinated in Islamabad: Governor Punjab Salman deceased Taser Tuesday in a bomb attack in Islamabad.According to sources, Taser is shot and wounded near his home in the leafy Islamabad F6 Kohsar close to the market. He was shot by his own bodyguards.
The attacker was an officer of the elite troops. The governor was seriously injured in the attack. He was taken to hospital where he died of his injuries.
27 bullets fired at him. Five other people were injured, and other security related personnel responded to the attack.
After the incident, the police blocked the area. Police arrested at least six people from the site.
The attacker was identified as Mumtaz Qadri surrendered to the police.
