Japan Scrambles To Pull Nuclear Plant Back From Edge: Japan’s nuclear disaster appeared to be spinning out of control on Wednesday after people withdrew briefly from a suffering power plant because of rolling radiation levels and a helicopter disastrous to drop water on the most concerned reactor.
