In addition, Castro regularly contributes feature reports from around the country on the weekend edition of the morning broadcast.
Since coming into the weekend edition of “GMA”, Castro said from New Orleans for the historic reopening of the street car system of the city after Hurricane Katrina eroded the entire city. She traveled to adventure aquarium in Camden, New Jersey Shark Week Discovery Channel and has also performed with a cast of Cirque du Soleil’s “Delirium”.
Castro has also traveled extensively in search of better water in the country park and ice cream, and reported live from the Indy 500, where she interviewed a racing fan and star of “Grey’s Anatomy,” ABC actor Patrick Dempsey. Castro also visited St. Augustine, Fla., to join the school, which has 32 pairs of twins in its small area.

Marysol Castro is now leaving the program, as confirmed by ABC News to TVNewser. September,26 will be her last day on the job. She is the third person to leave the show after Kate Snow, who went to NBC News and Bill Weir who moved on to “Nightline” last month.
“After six years of great week-ends, this one is bittersweet. It’s the last I’ll spend with all the great and talented people of GMAW- my home for the better part of the last decade”, said Marysol Castro.
“Batatas” [bah-ta-tas] is a term of endearment in many Latin countries.as Gams in the U.S.of A. to mean a beautiful woman’s calves look so great and shapely they make us think of delicious sweet potatoes. Of course never use foreign terms unless one is with someone they know FOR SURE won’t be offended.
BTW if i a guy tried that silky seat shimmy, i’d start a fire. The only wxlady i know had a similar silky seat shimmy was Sharon Resultan though we only saw her waist in motion.
