Latest News Update About Miss World 2010 Winner is Miss US Alexandria Mills:Miss United States crowned Miss World 2010: Miss United States Alexandria Mills was crowned Miss World 2010. Miss Botswana was placed 1st runners up and Miss Venezuela ended 2nd runners up at the Miss World pageant held in Sanya city, China.
The gala event kicked off with a traditional Chinese folk dance, followed by the introduction of the Miss World contestants.
The contestants set the stage on fire with an act aptly titled “Dances of the World”.
