US Customs Officer killed in Afghan Blast

US Customs Officer killed in Afghan Blast: Retired U.S. Customs and Border Protection officer was slain and three other U.S. customs officers were injured in a suicide attack earlier this week in southern Afghanistan.
U. S. Homeland Security Janet Napolitano said in a statement released in Washington Tuesday that David Hillman, a retired officer who worked for the U.S. Government for 30 years, died in an explosion Monday at the inland depot in Kandahar.
Afghan police said a suicide bomber cache of explosives in a mixture of customs explodes during a visit to NATO forces.
Taliban attack in Kandahar, officials and others who support the pro-government forces.
Earlier this month, a suicide bomber killed the deputy governor of Kandahar Province.
