Latest Nwes update About Joy Behar :Joy Behar invents a new word — “testicularity” — to explain a rumor that a job swap between Vice President Joe Biden and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton could in the works for 2012, completely confounding actor Patrick Stewart who appears as a guest later on ‘The View’ (weekdays, syndicated).

“Well, there … is a perception that Obama is too much of a gentleman and he’s not angry enough. And Hillary, she has the reputation of having more testicularity than a lot of the men,” Behar said, discussing a rumor by author/reporter Bob Woodward of a possible Obama-Clinton ticket.

Later, Stewart takes time out of his interview to ask Behar about her creation of a new word. “I think I have a reasonable vocabulary, but I have never before heard the word ‘testicularity,’” he said.

“Well, you know, everything I say probably applies to you,” Behar replied.

“Oh, I see,” Stewart said. “So, that’s a polite way of saying that Secretary Clinton has balls.”

Happy birthday Joy Behar! ‘The View’ (weekdays, syndicated) celebrates Behar’s 67th birthday with a montage of well wishes from celebrities including Kathy Griffin, Lily Tomlin, Joan Rivers and Phyllis Diller.

“I’m wishing you a happy birthday because you are, in fact, a nightmare,” Griffin said. “I’m teasing! You’re a joy. So, have a fantastic birthday, go have a fabulous meal and send the check to Barbara Walters.”

“Joy, my sweetheart, I hope you can see this because I’m recycling this tape of one of your old sex tapes,” said Rivers. “You’re in your sixties and it is not the end, Joy. It is the beginning of the end.”Read more
