Latest news update About Miley Cyrus Who Owns My Heart Video:Having already declared that she can’t be tamed, Miley Cyrus now wants to find out “Who Owns My Heart.” In a new music video, the 17-year-old pop star continues her transition from clean-cut Disney star to Britney-esque quasi-teenage tramp by writing around an unmade bed in her underwear, flashing her legs in short shorts, and getting ready for a night of clubbing. “Who owns my heart?” she asks in the chorus. “Is it love or it is art?”
Hannah Montana star releases a new music video nowadays, it appears to draw some sort of criticism. When she first released the video for “Can’t Be Tamed,” people said it was a bit too racy and now she’s being criticized for the “Who Owns My Heart” music video.
Although some people may think there’s nothing wrong with the new video, others believe that the 17-year old singer’s racier new image is damaging to all her thousands of fans. As reported by Mawuse Ziegbe at mtv.com, the video features a scantily-clad Miley Cyrus.
When you first see Miley in the video (which you can view by visiting YouTube), she is getting herself dolled up to go out. The rest of the video sees the teen star dancing around while dressed in tiny shorts, a revealing top, big hair and high heels – and showing quite a bit of skin!!
Tim Winter – president of the Parents Television Council – spoke to TMZ, and said that Miley’s sexed-up video gives out the wrong message to her teen following. “It is unfortunate that she would participate in such a sexualized video like this one,” he said about the “Who Owns My Heart” video.
